Representing Compensation and Benefits

With Oracle HRMS you define a working model of your own types of compensation and benefits, and the policies, or business rules that govern the allocation of these to your employees.

The first step in the process is to define the separate types of compensation and benefit you want to track. In Oracle HRMS, you define these as elements.
