Executing a mass move includes the following tasks:

Describe your mass move
2.
Identify your source position(s)
3.
Identify your target position(s)
4. For each source position,
verify the transferring assignments
5. For each target position,
verify or add valid grades
6.
Execute the mass move
7.
Review the mass move
8. If necessary, resolve any problems and then
reexecute the mass move
